End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

ROKITA LABS LLC, a Delaware limited-liability company doing business as ROKITA LABS (“ROKITA LABS”), grants you (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use one copy of LightForge on up to three (3) active devices at any time, subject to the terms below.

2. License Type & Purchase

  • One-Time Purchase: A single, non-recurring payment entitles Licensee to perpetual use of LightForge under this EULA.
  • Activation: A unique license key provided at purchase is required to activate the software.

3. Restrictions

Licensee shall NOT, directly or indirectly:

  • Share, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the license key or software to any third party.
  • Bypass, disable, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the software, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law despite this restriction.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

4. Device Management & Online Validation

  • Licensee may install LightForge on multiple devices but may keep only three (3) devices activated simultaneously.
  • Activations are managed through the LightForge Client Portal at https://app.lightforge.cloud.
  • LightForge periodically connects to ROKITA LABS servers to validate the license and device count. Failure to allow validation may result in automatic suspension of functionality until validation succeeds.

5. Updates & Support

  • Free Updates: Licensee receives all updates and bug fixes released for the current major version (v1).
  • Issue Reporting: Report bugs or security vulnerabilities to [email protected].

6. Privacy & Telemetry

  • LightForge may transmit anonymized diagnostic and usage data to ROKITA LABS solely to improve performance, stability, and security.
  • No personally identifiable information is collected.
  • Details of data collected and opt-out instructions are provided in the Privacy Policy at https://lightforge.cloud/legal/privacy-policy.

7. No Warranty

LightForge is provided “AS IS” and without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. No Refunds

All purchases are final; ROKITA LABS offers no refunds.

9. Enterprise & Institutional Licensing

Universities, institutions, and enterprise clients require a separate agreement. Contact [email protected].

10. Intellectual Property

LightForge and all related materials are owned by ROKITA LABS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Indemnification

Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ROKITA LABS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Licensee’s breach of this EULA or illegal use of LightForge.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROKITA LABS’s total liability for any claim related to this EULA or LightForge shall not exceed the license fee paid by Licensee.

13. Force Majeure

ROKITA LABS is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or Internet outages.

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of this EULA is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. ROKITA LABS’s failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of future enforcement.

15. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. ROKITA LABS may terminate it immediately if Licensee breaches any term. Upon termination, Licensee must uninstall and destroy all copies of LightForge.

16. Export Compliance

Licensee agrees to comply with all applicable export and re-export laws and regulations, including those of the United States and the European Union. Licensee represents and warrants that
(a) Licensee is not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to embargo or sanctions;
(b) Licensee is not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and
(c) Licensee will not export, re-export, or transfer the software to any such countries or parties, or for any prohibited end use.

17. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

By installing or using LightForge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use LightForge.
